Position Summary Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding complex and customized new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products. As an Implementation Manager you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. The role is client facing and responsibilities include establishment and management of client relationships during the onboarding process. In addition, responsibilities include development and management of overall project plans to drive project teams to specific milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, and effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes. You may be expected to mentor and help train other team members who join the team. As a manager you may be expected to support strategic initiatives for the organization or department.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of Project Management experience
  • 5 + years of Microsoft Office Tools experience
  • 5 + years of client facing experience.
  • Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required – 10-25% depending on specific role
  • HS Diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • PBM or Health Plan experience
  • Client implementation experience
  • Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Will consider comparable work experience.
