Summary: As the Implementations Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of our clients' journeys with Onbe. This person will be responsible for ensuring our teams are equipped with the requirements, tools, and training needed to perform optimally in their day-to-day related to organizational initiatives, that enable our Implementations Operations to drive speed and accuracy while evolving to support product development and enhancement, operational efficiencies, and regulatory adherence. In this role, you will partner with team members to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives with key functions across the organization. This role is hybrid that will work onsite 2 days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.
