Alera Group is looking for an Implementation Specialist, bswift. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR technology, or a related role
• Proficiency in bswift platform system configuration or ability to become certified
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure system accuracy
• Experience with data imports, file validation, and quality assurance testing
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong client-facing abilities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Zoho or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations, including requirements gathering, project planning, system configuration (bswift platform), data imports, testing, and go-live readiness—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, educating stakeholders, and delivering training to ensure successful adoption and clear understanding of system capabilities
• Ensure long-term success through quality assurance, documentation, and collaboration, driving process improvements, supporting automation initiatives, and providing a seamless transition to the Client Success team post-launch
