About The Position

Since 1948, Follett Products, LLC, has led the industry in designing and manufacturing high-quality, innovative ice storage bins, ice storage and transport systems, ice machines, ice and water dispensers, ice and beverage dispensers, and medical-grade refrigerators and freezers for the food service and healthcare industries. Follett currently has an opportunity for an Implementation Specialist to join our team at our Easton, PA location! The Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting business system implementations and process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role analyzes existing workflows, identifies optimization opportunities, and partners with cross-functional teams to configure, implement, and support enterprise software solutions. The position plays a key role in ERP implementation and optimization, system integration, user adoption, and future continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field, Business Administration (with strong technical aptitude), or relevant discipline and subsequent relevant work experience is desired.
  • 3-5+ years of experience implementation, business systems analysis, or process improvement role.
  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes, and the technologies that support them.
  • Project coordination, management, or system implementation experience.
  • Hands-on enterprise system implementation and configuration experience.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems such as Infor CSI (SyteLine and Factory Track) is strongly preferred. Data management and reporting through PowerBI, Tableau, or similar is preferred.
  • Experience working with system integrations, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms; basic understanding of APIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to meet job requirements to include use of keyboard, monitor, and other job-related equipment.
  • Ability to interact with client customers in the Office and Plant areas as required to understand and observe specific client needs.

  • Analyze current-state business processes and recommend optimized future-state workflows.
  • Apply change management methodologies to drive adoption
  • Data and Reporting
  • Extract, analyze, and present data insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to enhance visibility into business performance.
  • Project and Implementation
  • Lead and support ERP and business system implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post- implementation support.
  • Participate in system configuration, testing (UAT), validation, and deployment activities.
  • Training and Adoption
  • Conduct end-user training prior to system go-live.
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and performance.
  • Governance and Support
  • Partner with IT to ensure system integrity, data security, and performance optimization.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements.
