What you will do As an Implementation Specialist, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience by leading new or existing clients through the technical implementation process and helping users understand, test, integrate, and scale our solutions. You will be managing multiple projects and timelines. You will be working with all aspects of survey administration and data collection throughout the implementation process and will work with internal and external customers to ensure successful and timely configuration after the point of new sale or existing customer up-sell. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting and communicating project status, data, configuration, and logistical issues with customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated associate that is customer-centered, detail-oriented, and eager to learn all aspects of our offerings.
