This is a hybrid position based at one of Asure's hub locations: Burlington, VT; Rochester, NY; Cherry Hill, NJ; Nashville, TN; or Tampa, FL. The Payroll Implementation Specialist manages the setup and deployment of payroll solutions within our HRIS platform, partnering with clients to gather requirements, configure payroll, validate data, and support testing and go-live to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing. Follow corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management. Provide a complete and successful implementation for your clients, while being a subject matter expert with our software. Assists in conducting group presentations, training sessions and provides instruction on how to maneuver and maintain Asure Software. Confer with customers by telephone or video calls and email to provide information about products and services. Answer customer inquiries regarding system access or system questions to resolve problems. Ask questions in accordance with instructions to obtain various specified information, such as client’s primary and HR contact, employee headcount and work locations. Investigate and correct errors on implementation cases and accounts in CRM system. Relay client concerns to the appropriate team. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Retrieve corporate documents or case records. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken to resolve issues. Work to determine root-cause issues, identify trends, and increase customer satisfaction. Work cross-departmentally with other groups to assist with client support to resolution and promote One Asure. Provide administrative support. Performs other duties as assigned to support overall departmental and Asure client needs. Deliver results on time. Ensure client product and Asure procedure adoption. Provide status reports and overall project updates to the project team.
