About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Services Analyst to support pension administration system implementations and migrations. This role requires a strong understanding of pension processes, system testing, and project coordination, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in pension administration (non-call center, non-actuarial).
• Experience with system implementations and writing functional/technical requirements.
• Strong system testing experience, including test plan creation and test case development.
• Experience supporting or leading system migration projects.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to ask effective questions and quickly learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Support pension administration processes, including manual pension calculations, processing election forms, and loading pension data into systems.
• Develop clear and detailed requirements for system programmers to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
• Participate in system implementation projects, ensuring alignment between deliverables and overall project goals.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, including identifying edge cases and developing test scenarios based on both existing and missing data.
• Support system migration projects, assisting with planning, coordination, and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful project delivery.
