In this role, you'll configure our internal defined benefits (DB) pension software solution, and analyze and resolve common issues our clients experience following implementation. While you'll receive guidance from implementation managers when needed, you'll have the autonomy to establish priorities and tackle problems independently or collaboratively as part of a team. To thrive in this role, you'll need to excel at managing problem resolution by providing clear explanations of issues and charting a path to their resolution.
