The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst supports the Implementation Team by validating system configurations and ensuring high-quality, accurate delivery of client implementations. This role focuses on testing and quality review of Zelis platform outputs, including print and electronic communications, to ensure alignment with client requirements and production standards. Working closely with Implementation, Product, and IT—as well as partnering with the India-based QA team—this role plays a key part in delivering consistent, high-quality implementation outcomes. The QA Analyst will review data outputs, validate integrations and file processing results, and identify issues related to data accuracy, formatting, and system behavior. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established QA processes, and a foundational understanding of how data flows through systems and impacts client deliverables.
