About The Position

The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of Powerfleet’s wireless fleet management and asset tracking solutions. This is a customer-facing role that requires exceptional program leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to deliver complex technical solutions in industrial environments. You will oversee multiple concurrent customer programs, ensuring on-time delivery, operational improvement, and customer satisfaction. This is a remote role based in North America, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 6 years of experience leading full lifecycle, customer-facing program or project management in a technical environment.
  • Strong ability to work independently, solve problems under pressure, and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with software application/system implementation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, Visio, Teams, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Experience with Industrial Engineering or Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or French-Canadian is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle implementation of technical products and services in industrial and enterprise environments.
  • Oversee multiple customer programs simultaneously, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are met.
  • Facilitate project initiation and closure, securing alignment and agreement from all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and adoption.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for program status, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
  • Organize and conduct program status reviews, team meetings, and customer updates.
  • Maintain all project documentation and ensure clear, consistent communication internally and externally.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improving implementation efficiency while maintaining high service quality.
