Check out our Founder and CEO Nadine’s Origins Story here: https://www.proximie.com/about-us/ Position Overview Proximie is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to help drive execution across our Go-To-Market (GTM) customers in the US. In this role, you will accelerate the global deployment of our state-of-the-art Intelligence Suite, which presents a vital opportunity to validate outcomes, gather insights, and refine both product development and commercial readiness as the business scales. The role will focus on ensuring the successful delivery of commercial deployments, realization of customer value and alignment with our broader customer success initiatives.

Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of proven experience in commercial project management within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Practitioner) preferred.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable outcomes with speed and precision.
Execution-focused mindset, combining pragmatism with a high attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience with partnering with EHR integration and AI governance teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee Go-To-Market (GTM) and implementation activities internally across cross functional teams in partnership with Delivery team and externally with commercial sites.
Manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and cross-site alignment to maintain momentum and clarity of execution.
Develop and maintain critical GTM documentation, playbooks, and supporting materials to enable repeatable success.
Track and report on progress, risks, and dependencies, providing visibility to key stakeholders and driving timely interventions.
Optimize internal resourcing through effective capacity planning for core contributors across the Intelligence Suite.
Support senior commercial leaders by owning operational execution, enabling them to remain focused on strategic, customer-facing priorities.
