RedMane is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the critical points of internal/external coordination in implementing our mCase product. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting project activities to ensure successful deployment. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to provide effective support as we move into implementation and go-live.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in enterprise-scale systems implementations

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an Implementation Plan.
• Help identify potential implementation risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
• Proactively escalate issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Define processes that will be deployed internally and externally in advance of, during, and post implementation go-live.
• Communicate plan to the client and the client technical staff.
• Coordinate mission critical points with external partners and stakeholders regarding system interfaces.
• Create a minute-by-minute plan for go-live weekend.
• Prepare for and facilitate go/no-go meeting ahead of go-live weekend with Client.
• Actively lead activities during implementation go-live weekend.
• Facilitate communications during go-live weekend.
• Prepare and implement post go-live support mechanisms.
• Participate in the creation of repeatable processes that will scale with the growing number of concurrent implementations our team will need to support.
