About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our team in implementing AI tools, managing data processes, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a candidate interested in gaining hands-on experience with emerging technologies, data analysis, and business operations in a dynamic environment. This is a paid internship.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Interest in AI tools, data analysis, and process improvement

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms
• Previous internship or project experience involving data or documentation

Responsibilities

• Assist in the adoption and implementation of AI tools across the team, providing support and guidance to users
• Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability
• Develop and execute basic scripts to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Support data administration efforts, including:
• Organizing and maintaining digital files and datasets
• Conducting data mining and analysis to extract insights
• Identifying trends and summarizing findings for stakeholders
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of dashboards (e.g., Donovan or similar tools)
• Identify and help improve collaboration opportunities with other departments
• Participate in and help coordinate group forums
• Support internal training and information-sharing initiatives
