If so, keep reading to learn more! YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Our Implementation Coordinator works from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available. You'll be the main point of contact for internal and external communication, working with brokers, customers, and management teams to support accurate and efficient operations. Always precise and professional, you will: Oversee new customer transitions when they choose our company for their employee benefit plan administration Gather vital information from brokers and customer management teams Accurately share details with internal teams and create employee communication materials Prepare administrative documents to be signed Coordinate plan set-up details with vendors Assist with additional duties as needed to ensure smooth and painless implementation APPLY WITH PURPOSE: At Unified Group Services, we take care of the customer, and then some! Requirements

2+ years of experience in a customer service position
High school degree (or equivalent)
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
Proactive, self-starter, and self-motivated mentality
Reliable attendance and work ethic
Professional, courteous, and collaborative mindset, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people
