About this role The Implementation Consultant is a strategic partner for new customers, guiding them through the first 3–6 months of their journey. The primary goal is to help customers realize tangible ROI within the first 60–90 days, establish lasting adoption habits, and set them up for long-term, self-sustaining success that leads to repeated renewals. Success in this role is measured by customer retention (NDR, GDR), time to launch, time to first value, and onboarding CSAT.
