Job SummaryProvides point of contact service for anyone entering or calling the Imaging Department. Creates apositive, professional impression for each patient, family member, physician, or staff while performingprimary duties. Exercises good personal judgment in problem solving, patient needs, and physicianrequests. Primary Duties include: Registering patients; collecting co pays/ other payments due;answering phones; making patient appointment reminder calls; serve as a liaison and assistant tophysicians, technologists, and nursing staff in Imaging Services; uses Synapse and PACS GEAR tomake and/or load CD's; adhere to strict guidelines for release of patient's Imaging records, filling out andobtaining all necessary paperwork.

Requirements

High School Diploma/G.E.D.
BLS

Responsibilities

Provides point of contact service for anyone entering or calling the Imaging Department.
