About The Position

The Office Support Specialist will manage walk in customers and the day-to-day operations of the location and will be expected to work closely with all departments to serve customer needs and support operations as needed to grow the business. Accounting experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record required
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls from sales representatives and customers
  • Assist customers with counter sales and inquiries
  • Take and process customer orders
  • Offer advice and details regarding available products
  • Generate invoices and account statements
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Investigate and resolve any irregularities and enquiries for customer statements
  • Follow-up communications with customers and account representatives
  • Ordering and management of office supplies
  • Coordination of office meeting, lunch orders and activities
  • Other duties as assigned
