About The Position

The Customer Service Specialist completes clerical and administrative tasks for the Independent Living Community. Main responsibilities include welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments and performing clerical tasks.

Requirements

  • Education Credit in Microsoft Applications or equivalent of 3 years’ experience, preferred
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work with other types of computer software programs, such as Canva and Activity Connect for marketing and designing purposes
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Healthcare setting preferred.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to plan, organize and communicate effectively
  • Must be able to push, pull move and/or lift supplies and equipment Max. over 50 lbs
  • High level of computer skills is necessary
  • Must be a self-starter, well organized and thorough in work habits

Nice To Haves

  • Secretary experience is preferred.
