About The Position

We are Lockheed Martin IFG Program Integration & Operations - Level 4 The Integrated Fighter Group Program (IFG) Integration and Operations office is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual with strong communication / change management skills and an understanding of program management concepts to help maximize IFG’s continuous improvement and program operations. What You Will Be Doing The individual selected will be responsible for: Driving successful IFG program annual Discretionary Resource (DR) Planning and monthly oversight of New Business Funds (NBF) and Capital (PP&E) execution (spend plans and estimates at completion) – managing progress and developing status / progress reporting for leadership Leading IFG’s performance improvement initiatives, inclusive of but not limited to NBF, Capital, Intellectual Property Contractor Performance Assessment (CPAR) facilitation, monitoring, reporting and forecasting Supporting the development and maintenance of IFG level program plans Supporting the transition of AeroCode to Content Server and management of IFG Command Media Additional duties as assigned What’s In It For you Our employees play an active role in strengthening the quality of life where we live and work by volunteering more than 850,000 hours annually. Requirements

  • Experience with program management and financial processes (e.g. discretionary resources)
  • Experience with program/project management and program integration processes.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and managing new processes.
  • Experience leading & conducting change management.
  • Experience working independently and with cross functional groups to drive projects/actions to closure.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to communicate concepts, status updates, or project plans to cross functional stakeholders and executive levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Program management experience (e.g. Program Integrator or Program Office)
  • Finance, Business Development, or Strategy development experience.
  • Experience with Enhanced Program Reporting System (EPRS)
  • General knowledge & experience with F-16, F-22, T-50 programs
  • General knowledge & experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Knowledge of Data Marking requirements and DFARs Data Licensing Rights
  • Experience with Export Controlled Information and regulations
  • Experience with Proprietary Information Agreements (PIA), Third Party Proprietary Information (TPPI), Covered Government Support Contractor (CGSC) Agreements, Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA), etc
  • Skilled and confident presenter with a demonstrated ability to convey ideas to executive leadership
  • Exceptional competency in Microsoft Office & Teams tool set(s)
  • Experience with dashboards and data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Confluence, iPM HUB, advanced Excel)
  • Experience with software development processes
  • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Driving successful IFG program annual Discretionary Resource (DR) Planning and monthly oversight of New Business Funds (NBF) and Capital (PP&E) execution (spend plans and estimates at completion) – managing progress and developing status / progress reporting for leadership
  • Leading IFG’s performance improvement initiatives, inclusive of but not limited to NBF, Capital, Intellectual Property
  • Contractor Performance Assessment (CPAR) facilitation, monitoring, reporting and forecasting
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of IFG level program plans
  • Supporting the transition of AeroCode to Content Server and management of IFG Command Media
  • Additional duties as assigned
