Requirements

  • Requires Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 96 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  • Requires 96 months of experience involving following:
  • Managing Teams, including performance management and calibration
  • Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth
  • Identity and Access Management
  • Sailpoint IIQ or Foregerock
  • PingFederate or OKTA
  • MFA tools including RSA SecurID, PingID, or DUO and
  • Privileged Access Management

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for application support and configuration of multiple IAM tools and applications, as well as driving the overall vision, roadmap and product features we deliver for our diverse set of partners.
  • Manage, recruit, mentor and lead the Identity and Access Management Integration Team, including Application Managers/Product Specialists.
  • Support and provide subject matter expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes and tools.
  • Design the architecture and evolution of the access management domain to deliver technology solutions with quality, performance, business value and customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision making within the team.
  • Deeply understand business metrics and demonstrate methodical and data driven approach to driving insights and focus on critical issues.
  • Identify risks within the business function, deliver clear documentation, and work with vendors for road mapping and implementation.
  • Lead and support all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing, and rollouts.
