For more information, visit www.bitgo.com. BitGo is hiring an Identity and Access Management Administrator reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer in the Cybersecurity Department. This role would operate globally across all Identity and Access Management requests and controls, partnering in lockstep with the Digital Technology Team and Engineering Department to meet regulatory and audit requirements. A primary focus would be leveling up our practices by splitting Internal Tool administration and other high-impact access pathways with enforced separation of duties and dual control. This role is critical to maintaining security. This is not your run of the mill access job.

Requirements

  • Significant hands-on experience administering enterprise Identity and Access Management and privileged access workflows in a regulated environment (financial services / custodian / digital assets / crypto preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and operate: least privilege, segregation of duties, dual control, and audit-ready evidence retention.
  • Strong operational rigor with ticket-driven workflows and stakeholder coordination across Digital Technology and Engineering.
  • Practical experience with multi-factor authentication controls and secure exception handling via ticketing.
  • Ability to operate independently, with an automation-first mindset.
  • Experience building company-wide authorization concepts/role catalogs and segregation-of-duties matrices for toxic-role detection and prevention.
  • Experience supporting audits requiring rapid reporting of user authorizations and role memberships.
  • Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 and NIST 800-53 Moderate baseline.
