About The Position

As a Regional Director within our IDD Supports Coordination service line, you will provide leadership, oversight, and support for service delivery, compliance, and staff development across an assigned region. This position is ideal for a collaborative, strategic, and people-centered leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, ensuring quality, and fostering strong partnerships both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and at least seven (7) years of experience in human services, including five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to integrity, accountability, and collaborative growth.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned region.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in human services, public administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with SAM standards and state requirements.
• Supervise and coach regional leaders to promote performance, accountability, and professional development.
• Lead regional audits, monitor outcomes, and implement action plans to address service gaps.
• Partner with county officials, community stakeholders, and internal teams to advance program goals.
• Ensure consistent communication with executive leadership and across teams.
• Provide leadership during crises, transitions, and staffing gaps as needed.
