Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of Self-Funding Insurance and Third-Party Administrating concepts.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Ability to navigate through and utilize PC applications efficiently.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills required.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem solving, and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

  • Create ID Cards for new and renewal groups
  • Create rules to design ID card for groups
  • Work with Redcard to develop overlays as needed
  • Maintain log of ID cards in process for new groups and renewals.
  • Submit proofs for coverage verification and approvals from: Implementation or AEs, Vendors like PPOs, PBMs, Concierges, etc
  • Order and process cards for groups: Check for ID cards accuracy against approved proofs, Do QA check to make sure members have appropriate cards, Release cards for processing and send pdf copies to implementation or AE for them to send to group
  • Verify current cards are in the appropriate group folder
  • Process order requests for individual ID Cards as requested on the ID card log or via email
  • Create and download monthly and quarterly reports for ID card invoicing.
  • Act as the liaison between RedCard and Lucent.
  • Maintain the mylucenthealth.com portal
  • Set up new groups on Mylucenthealth.com
  • Create links for PPO, PBM, Contact info, forms, etc
  • Upload documents like SPDs, SBCs, etc for each group on mylucenthealth.com portal
  • Monitor SBC, SPD changes and uploaded new documents when needed.
  • Test new group portals to make sure they are functioning correctly
  • Problem solve issues with group portal
  • Promote the use of mylucenthealth.com
  • Create guides for using the mylucent.com portal
  • Train groups how to use the portals.
  • Act as the liaison between HealthX and Lucent in regard to mylucenthealth.com
  • Create folders and upload group documents to LIN.
