About The Position

The ICTV Entertainment Director is a student leadership role responsible for overseeing all Entertainment programming on ICTV. This includes training cast and crew, coordinating with producers, managing equipment allocation, and ensuring professional broadcasts. The director also serves as the Executive Producer for all Entertainment programming and meets weekly with the ICTV Executive Staff.

Requirements

• At least one semester of experience volunteering within ICTV
• Include a cover letter explaining what you would bring to the position and what ideas you have for ICTV moving forward

Responsibilities

• Helping producers in their department train their cast/crew members at the beginning of each semester
• Coordinating meetings and critiques with all Entertainment producers to ensure quality and ethical productions
• Selecting Producers for shows that have requested the Entertainment Director to select
• Managing the allocation of all ICTV Checkout Center equipment for Entertainment Shows
• Ensuring cohesive and professional broadcasts for all Entertainment programming on ICTV
• Serving as the Executive Producer of all Entertainment programming
• Meeting weekly with the rest of the ICTV Executive Staff
