As an ICHRA Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping small business clients adopt the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) which is a flexible, cost-controlled, and employee-focused alternative to traditional group health insurance. Using modern digital technology and streamlined enrollment tools, you will guide employers through the process of designing, setting up, and administering an ICHRA. You’ll introduce our solution to business owners, HR administrators, and key decision makers, helping them understand how an ICHRA can meet their needs while empowering employees with choice and cost transparency. You’ll serve as a consultative partner—educating clients, supporting enrollment, and working proactively with internal partners to ensure a streamlined experience from start to finish.
