About The Position
Seeking Intermediate Care Facility Technician to work in ICF-IID program in Martinsville, VA, serving adults whose primary diagnosis is intellectual disability. Duties include training in independent living skills, personal care skills, housekeeping skills, and recreational & leisure activities in the home and the community. Must have ability to multi-task and document clearly. Preferred knowledge of Active Treatment component in an ICF-IID program. High school diploma or GED required. C.N.A. experience welcome. Residential experience welcome. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Full-time benefited position. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position. Must be willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.
