CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa is seeking a high-impact Outbound Sales Manager to open new doors, build corporate group revenue strategies, and generate retreat and group revenue through proactive market segment expansion. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a true hunter — someone who thrives on creating opportunities where none exists, being the solution, generating new revenue in Corporate Group Retreats. This fully remote Independent Contractor role is designed for a self-led sales professional who wants ownership, autonomy, and direct impact on growth within the CIVANA Brand. ROLE OVERVIEW You will identify and research high-value ICP prospects across fortune 500, specialty market segmentations identified with the DOS, and incentive/boutique agencies. Through strategic outreach and relationship building, you will generate qualified group opportunities and ensure seamless transition through sales process to event execution team.
