HealthEquity is growing our Identity and Access Management Security Team and looking for a Security Analyst who is passionate about protecting people, data, and access. As a Security Analyst on our IAM and Governance team, you will play a key role in secure and efficient identity lifecycle management across HealthEquity technologies. You will support employees and business partners by ensuring they have the right access at the right time while maintaining a strong security mindset and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, partnering across IT and the business, and contributing to a collaborative, learning‑focused team.

Requirements

  • Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow, NERM, or OneTrust
  • Working knowledge of on‑prem Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Strong Excel skills
  • PowerShell scripting experience
  • Ability to influence others and navigate difficult conversations to protect privacy, strengthen security, and meet audit requirements
  • Experience partnering with end users to develop, document, and implement business roles and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues, understand risks, gather data, draw conclusions, and drive resolution
  • Ability to implement process improvements and educate others when improvements roll out
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Implement access governance processes to support compliance, security, and IAM best practices.
  • Manage complete identity lifecycles including provisioning, de‑provisioning, and account maintenance.
  • Drive automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with cybersecurity teams to respond to incidents and support corrective actions.
  • Balance a security‑first mindset with high‑quality customer support.
  • Collaborate with IAM teammates to support initiatives and foster continuous learning.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to ensure successful delivery of IAM tasks.
