About The Position

TalentFish is casting a line for a Global Cybersecurity IAM Analyst . This is a long-term contract role supporting our clients' global cybersecurity organization. The reason this position exists is to strengthen identity and access management strategy, governance, and operations by ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access to digital assets across the enterprise. This role reports to the Global Cybersecurity IAM Director and partners closely with business, application, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • 6+ years of hands-on Identity and Access Management experience
  • Deep knowledge of IAM concepts, frameworks, and best practices
  • Experience with Access Management tools such as Azure AD, Okta, Oracle, or Ping Identity
  • Strong understanding of authentication, MFA, RBAC, entitlement management, and privileged access management
  • Experience establishing IAM governance, policies, and compliance controls
  • Ability to lead incident response and troubleshoot IAM-related security issues
  • Experience developing IAM metrics, KPIs, and executive-level reporting
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical risk into business terms
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strategic mindset with ability to align IAM roadmaps to business needs
  • This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage IAM solutions to secure enterprise digital assets
  • Provide IAM subject matter expertise across identity platforms, Active Directory, PAM, provisioning, synchronization, and PKI
  • Administer user accounts, groups, and access privileges within IAM systems
  • Design and manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures
  • Lead IAM projects including planning, execution, and timeline management
  • Participate in audits and remediation efforts related to access controls
  • Define and track IAM KPIs and deliver reporting to senior leadership
  • Identify IAM risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure IAM solutions integrate seamlessly into enterprise infrastructure
  • Manage day-to-day IAM operational activities and escalations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
