Simeio is seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered at least two end-to-end ISC implementations in an architect capacity and possesses deep expertise across core ISC components and configurations. Requirements

• 5+ years in IAM with 2+ full-cycle SailPoint ISC implementations as an Architect
• Hands-on experience with ISC configuration, development, and deployment
• Strong knowledge of identity governance principles, RBAC, and lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver SailPoint ISC solutions aligned with enterprise IAM strategy and security best practices.
• Design and configure:
• Transforms (including creating custom transforms and implementing robust null checks)
• Event Triggers to automate identity lifecycle processes
• Identity Profiles to drive attribute mapping and identity lifecycle
• Access Profiles to manage role-based access controls
• Oversee provisioning and application onboarding to integrate SaaS and on-prem applications into ISC.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and guide delivery teams.
• Provide technical leadership, solution design documentation, and knowledge transfer.
