BMA is seeking an IAM Analyst to join our team. This is a fully remote position. Job Summary Access Administration and Governance Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications across SAP, AMPS, and enterprise systems. Perform access reviews and user recertifications per DLA and OMB A-123 guidelines. Conduct Soda analysis, maintain mitigating control documentation, and support control testing. System Integration and Automation Support integration between IAM tools (AMPS, GRC, Okta, Active Directory, ServiceNow, etc.). Assist in configuration and testing of automated provisioning workflows and connectors. Maintain documentation for identity lifecycle processes and system configurations. Support efforts to implement or enhance SAP GRC Access Control auto-provisioning. Audit and Compliance Collect and maintain audit evidence for access management controls. Support internal and external audits (e.g., EY, DLA OIG) with timely responses and artifact generation. Monitor control effectiveness and identify process improvement opportunities. Align all IAM activities with FISCAM, NIST 800-53, and DoD 8140/8570 compliance requirements. Operations and Support Provide Tier 2/3 support for access-related incidents and service requests. Collaborate with DLA PMO, Security Operations, and Application Owners to troubleshoot provisioning or authentication issues. Maintain accurate role documentation and support role redesign initiatives.
