About The Position

Perform provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across multiple platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, Mainframe/RACF). Resolve Level 2 identity management issues and collaborate with business partners to address access challenges. Assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures. Support large-scale Technology Operations deliverables and contribute to planning and issue resolution. Manage identity lifecycle using IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD. Work with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM). Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI). Utilize ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence. Maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards. Energetic, motivated individuals passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make an impact. Ability to work across teams with flexibility to support multiple functions as needed. Queue-based operations role requiring strong organizational skills and multitasking ability. Performance-driven environment emphasizing collaboration and continuous improvement. Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week onsite in Charlotte, NC (1525 W. WT Harris Blvd).
