About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support enterprise-level identity governance initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in optimizing identity lifecycle processes to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency. In this role, you'll manage user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and automation solutions across various platforms. You'll collaborate with technical and business teams to streamline workflows, enhance access control frameworks, and support continuous improvement in identity governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management or Identity Governance (IGA) systems such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, Active Directory/LDAP, and Remote Access Management solutions.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, PEGA).
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with experience engaging end users and executives.
  • Experience with data reporting/metrics tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar request management systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Mainframe/RACF and DB2 environments.
  • Certification in SailPoint, Saviynt, or IAM-related technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the user provisioning lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.
  • Administer and maintain Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
  • Analyze, document, and enhance IAM processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve operational accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement RBAC models and automation solutions.
  • Support Active Directory, LDAP, and Remote Access Management systems (e.g., RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix).
  • Utilize PowerShell, PEGA, or other scripting tools to automate IAM operations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  • Manage access-related requests through ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing platforms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership teams.
