In this role, you’ll provide essential first-line technical support, maintain company hardware and assets, and assist with IT projects that support both our local facility and our global Digital & IT team. Is comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues. Can manage multiple tasks while keeping accurate documentation and asset records. Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative IT team. Is detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to continuous improvement. Is willing to provide occasional remote support to other company locations.
