About The Position

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day technology operations across the organization, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. This role manages day-to-day IT support, infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environments, vendor relationships, and strategic technology initiatives across corporate and franchise locations. The IT Manager will lead day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and support the company’s growth through reliable and innovative technology solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of IT experience
  • Strong Microsoft 365 experience
  • Experience in Physical Device Management
  • Remote Endpoint management (Intune, N-Able, or Similar)
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Able to lift objects up to ~50lbs
  • Active Drivers License
  • Reliable Transportation

  • Multi-location environment experience
  • Azure or Power Platform experience
  • Cybersecurity knowledge
  • PowerShell or scripting experience
  • Vendor and budget management
  • A+, Sec+, Net+ and/or other comparable certifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily IT operations, including helpdesk, endpoint management, and user support
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain SLAs
  • Ensure timely device
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes for all employees and franchise users
  • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Manage Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Manage endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, mobile via Intune)
  • Maintain hardware
  • Maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability
  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
  • Enforce security policies including MFA and conditional access
  • Monitor for threats and respond to incidents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Conduct periodic audits of user access and systems
  • Assist IT Leadership with annual audits
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Oversee purchasing and lifecycle of IT assets
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies
  • Support IT across multiple locations
  • Standardize systems and security
  • Assist non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor IT staff
  • Assign tasks and track performance
  • Promote accountability and improvement
