WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU The I&I HITS-AD Secondee will collaborate to advance the I&I strategic HIT approach and strengthen customer engagement with leading health systems. HITS-ADs provide strategic guidance on leveraging e-platforms to transition care from a reactive, episodic model to a predictive and proactive approach for managing chronic conditions across the care continuum. WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE Clinical decision support aligned with evidence-based guidelines (e.g., alerts, hard edits, screeners, and order sets). Standing and protocol orders to streamline care delivery. Patient outreach and education through portals and automated reminders. Bi-directional data sharing to enable seamless information exchange. Measurement and reporting tools for tracking outcomes and performance. HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT Collaborate with leading health systems to educate stakeholders on EHR capabilities that enhance diagnosis, treatment, and patient management within Dermatology and Gastroenterology, in alignment with I&I Key Account Management priorities. Drive awareness of workflow optimization by helping customers recognize the value of leveraging EHR technologies to support population health management in these therapeutic areas. Partner with cross-functional Pfizer teams to define Health IT strategy, oversee resource development, and manage RC approval processes. Provide technical expertise to the broader Pfizer Key Account Management community, ensuring understanding of Health IT strategies, effective use of resources, and alignment of Pfizer’s needs with customer requirements and evolving Health IT market trends. Maintain flexibility for travel, up to 35%.
