About The Position

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of I&E Maintenance Advisor at our Gray, LA off-shore platform through March 4th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Assigned to the CPL Gulf Coast Team based in Gray, Louisiana; primary work location is the JSM offshore platform. Works across a broad geographic area in South Louisiana, supporting both Pipeline and Terminal operations. Implement and uphold Operational Standards within assigned assets. Serve as a primary interface with: Chevron Production’s GOABU, Third‑party partners, Regulatory bodies, including PHMSA, USCG, BSEE, and others. Perform routine regulatory and compliance coordination duties as part of I&E maintenance. Participate as an Operations Representative on assigned projects, as needed. Position is classified as safety‑sensitive; requires successful completion of DOT drug screening. Provide after‑hours operational support for: Factory acceptance testing (FAT), Commissioning activities, Field operations. This role has a rotational work schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off offshore rotation. Travel by helicopter from the Galliano, LA heliport to offshore platforms (JSM and Anchor).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Must have 5-10 years of Crude Oil Measurement experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Have or be able to obtain DOT Operator Qualifications.
  • Have or be able to obtain Shell Measurement Proficiency Certification.
  • Have or be able to obtain T-2 Certification and HAZWOPER Level 3/5 certificate.
  • Have or be able to obtain a TWIC card (1st day of employment), HUET/Water Survival, and project-specific training.
  • Demonstrate commitment to operational excellence and safety.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
