Purpose Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on main production lines. Inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical and instrumentation equipment and panels in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications. Areas of Responsibility / Tasks Performance must reflect an appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below. Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production lines and equipment. Execute troubleshooting and root cause analysis during corrective maintenance on main production lines and equipment. Maintain production lines’ main components, like conveyors, rollers, gearmotors, chains, pneumatic components, valves and other related electrical, automation and mechanical equipment. Perform overhaul of equipment, components replacement, alignments, and calibration to specifications. Open, update and close assigned Work Orders utilizing CMMS (MPulse). Identify, address, and notify Maintenance Supervisor or Manager about any maintenance related deviation or requirement from internal customers (i.e.: Production Department, Safety Department, etc.). Maintain communication among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Provide solutions and corrective/preventative actions on problems/troubleshooting. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Commit to OCS Blue & OSHA Safety facility Standard. Any other maintenance related task assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Manager.
