About The Position

DNC Hydraulics is a fast-growing hydraulic service, repair, and manufacturing company serving heavy industry, steel mills, and demanding customers who expect work done right — not done twice. We specialize in complex hydraulic cylinders where precision, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship matter. This is not a production-line assembly. This is skilled mechanical work from start to finish. The Hydraulic Cylinder Build & Test Specialist is responsible for assembling, testing, and finalizing hydraulic cylinders to exact specifications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the finesse to work with tight tolerances, seals, and finishes without damage. If you enjoy building complex mechanical systems, seeing a job through to completion, and knowing your work directly impacts customer uptime – this role is for you.

  • Pride in craftsmanship and completing jobs correctly the first time.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and support overall throughput.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
