In this role, you will Perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms. Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently. Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job. Requirements
- 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work
- Strong diagnostic skills and experience with a range of residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.)
- Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license (where required)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently in variable conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
- Strong customer communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset
