The primary duties of an HVAC Tune-up Technician are being responsible for maintaining and optimizing the performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Their primary duties include inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing HVAC units to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability. They perform routine tasks such as cleaning or replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating moving parts, and calibrating thermostats. The technician also conducts system tests, monitors performance, and makes adjustments to improve airflow and energy efficiency. Additionally, they communicate with customers about system conditions, provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades, and promote preventative maintenance to extend the life of the equipment. Their work helps prevent system failures, enhances comfort, and reduces energy costs for clients. We are looking for both an experienced and entry level technicians. Paid training is included.

Requirements
