What You’ll Do As a Residential HVAC Tune‑Up Technician, you’ll: Perform HVAC system tune‑ups and inspections Learn how heating and cooling systems operate and impact energy costs Educate homeowners on system performance, efficiency, and maintenance Present repair and improvement options using a trained, consultative approach Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes Work closely with a supportive team and experienced mentors Paid Training Includes Our comprehensive paid training program sets you up for long‑term success and includes: EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification A.T.E. Technical Training Hands‑on lab training for: Furnaces Air conditioners Heat pumps Electronic system evaluation training Far Infrared inspection system training Customer communication and presentation skills No experience?
