About The Position

An HVAC Trainee will support experienced technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Key duties include assisting with equipment installation, cleaning components, transporting tools, learning to read blueprints, and performing basic maintenance under supervision. We will provide on the job training

Requirements

• Mechanical Aptitude: A strong desire to work with tools and understand how mechanical systems work.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in varied weather conditions.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills for interaction with team members and customers.
• Background Check: Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Technicians: Support lead technicians in residential or commercial installation and repair jobs.
• Maintenance: Perform routine tasks such as cleaning condenser coils, changing filters, and lubricating motors.
• Tool Management: Organize, clean, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
• System Installation: Assist with installing ductwork, mounting units, and connecting electrical systems.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies, including OSHA guidelines and proper handling of tools and materials.
