About The Position

An HVAC Trainee will support experienced technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems . Key duties include assisting with equipment installation, cleaning components, transporting tools, learning to read blueprints, and performing basic maintenance under supervision. We will provide on the job training

Requirements

• Mechanical Aptitude: A strong desire to work with tools and understand how mechanical systems work.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in varied weather conditions.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills for interaction with team members and customers.
• Background Check: Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Technicians: Support lead technicians in residential or commercial installation and repair jobs.
• Maintenance: Perform routine tasks such as cleaning condenser coils, changing filters, and lubricating motors.
• Tool Management: Organize, clean, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
• System Installation: Assist with installing ductwork, mounting units, and connecting electrical systems.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies, including OSHA guidelines and proper handling of tools and materials.
