Requirements

HVAC experience required - hourly pay would be adjusted per experience
Relationship building/maintenance skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Personable with good communication skills
Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
Strong desire to learn and excel
Must have and maintain a valid drivers license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free

Responsibilities

Assist project manager on various construction projects
Assess property damage and create project plan
Maintain current HVAC systems and equipment
Identify AC problems and conduct repairs as needed
Inspect ventilation equipment, do repairs, and clean out the systems
Maintain safe job-site
Pack various types of equipment for upcoming jobs
