About The Position

HVAC Technical Support Advisor Remote ( PA/NJ/DE) Location: Remote (Must be local to the PA/NJ/DE region) Some onsite training in Blue Bell, PA Schedule: 1st Shift 8am-5pm M-F Peirce-Phelps, LLC is accepting applications for an experienced Tech Support Advisor to provide technical support to our dealer base in the Tri-State area. Requirements

  • HVAC service experience (Prefer 10 years Residential/Commercial)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills including organizational, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience working cross-functionally with many internal group, successfully

Responsibilities

  • Trade knowledge of HVAC systems, both Residential and Commercial Installation requirements plus basic code knowledge
  • Service troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read/troubleshoot from wiring diagrams
  • Ability to comprehend then rearticulate technical manuals/instructions
  • Self-sufficient, proactive doer who works well within a team
  • Willing to embrace, learn new technologies
  • Problem resolution
  • Negotiation skills
  • PC capable including Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of technical knowledge
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Knowledge of HVAC controls
  • Occasional travel to Peirce-Phelps branch locations
