About The Position
Christian Home Services is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Job Processor with a strong background in residential HVAC. This market-level role supports three locations across the Greater Philadelphia area and plays a critical part in ensuring sold HVAC jobs are accurate, complete, and ready for successful installation. The HVAC Job Processor serves as the quality control bridge between Sales, Operations, and the Warehouse—verifying system design, load calculations, equipment selections, and guarantees before placing equipment orders and releasing jobs for installation.
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential HVAC (installation, service, design, or technical support)
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, load calculations, and system design
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to review technical documentation and identify errors or inconsistencies
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice To Haves
- Experience in job processing, install coordination, or operations support
- Familiarity with residential codes and best practices in the Greater Philadelphia area
- Experience working in a multi-location or market-level support role
Responsibilities
- Receive sold HVAC jobs from the Sales team and review all documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Verify: Load calculations and system sizing
- Verify: Equipment selection and compatibility
- Verify: Guarantees, warranties, and scope of work
- Verify: Code compliance and company standards
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve issues prior to job release
- Place accurate equipment and material orders with the Warehouse team to support installation schedules
- Ensure jobs are properly staged and ready for installation teams
- Maintain clear communication across Sales, Operations, and Warehouse departments
- Support consistent processes across three market locations to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Assist with continuous improvement of job processing workflows and documentation standards
