Requirements
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- Basic hand tools are required
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan
- NATE certification
- EPA Type II Certification
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
- Master Heat Pump Certification
- Inverter familiarity
Responsibilities
- Servicing customer homes within the Phoenix metro area
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause of their problem
- Maintenance and service repairs systems enhancements
- System replacement advising
- Communicating with customers and vendors
- Ordering consumables and maintaining company equipment
- Respond to service calls to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems for customers of Emergency Air under warranty
- Make emergency repairs as indicated to minimize system defect issues on our clientele
