About The Position
Seeking an HVAC Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems (gas, electric, heat pumps, and ductless). You will provide technical solutions, educate customers on upgrades, and manage digital invoicing via iPad. Key Responsibilities: · Technical: Diagnose and repair diverse HVAC issues; calibrate systems to manufacturer specifications. · Sales, Service & Marketing: Educate customers on maintenance agreements, proactive repairs and equipment replacement. · Admin: Use an iPad for invoicing and dispatch communication; document equipment data. · Logistics: Maintain a stocked service vehicle and adhere to a professional schedule. · Focus: Actively grow/maintain customer base by providing top quality service with honesty and integrity.
Requirements
- Residential HVAC service technician experience is a plus.
- Clean driving record and valid license.
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
- Strong communication and basic computer skills.
- 5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician.
- Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history.
- Able to pass a background and drug screening
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must have good oral and written communications skills.
- Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
- Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have basic computer skills and be able to utilize mobile device throughout the work day.
