Requirements
- 5+ years experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air handlers, and various other HVAC equipment
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read Blueprints, Plans, Electrical Schematics, Control Drawings.
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work independently, with a focus on quality and safety
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to maneuver heavier items (with the assistance of appropriate equipment); and work from heights on ladders or lifts
- Able to work in all weather environments
Responsibilities
- Installation of HVAC Systems, line sets, condensate drains and electrical feeds
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and industrial customers
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of various HVAC systems
- Test and locate leaks in Refrigerant Systems
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturers recommendations
- Communicate effectively with all internal departments and customers to keep informed on work performed, parts procurement, and status updates
